The upcoming Svami Temple, blessed by Lord Shiva and Lord Ganesha, is being developed as a peaceful space for prayer, meditation, and community gatherings.

Still under development, the temple welcomes the generous support of devotees to help build a sacred place that preserves tradition and nurtures devotion.

Overview

Svami Temple is a new and upcoming Hindu temple in Cumming, Georgia, dedicated to the Smārtha Advaita tradition established by Sri Adi Shankaracharya. The temple will honor and worship the following deities:

Svami Temple will serve as a sacred space for worship, meditation, cultural learning, and community gatherings, rooted in the philosophy of Advaita and the inclusive Smārtha tradition. More information will be available after January.

Mission

The mission of Svami Temple is to provide a peaceful and uplifting spiritual home where devotees can connect with the divine through traditional worship, meditation, and knowledge rooted in the Smārtha Advaita tradition. Guided by the teachings of Sri Adi Shankaracharya, the temple seeks to preserve Vedic practices, foster devotion, and encourage the pursuit of self-realization.

The main deity of the temple, Lord Shiva in his sacred form as Kashi Vishwanatha, revered as the lord of the holy city of Varanasi. He embodies the cosmic power of creation, preservation, and dissolution and devotees worship him for liberation, wisdom, and spiritual awakening.Kashi Vishwanatha Svami stands as an eternal symbol of purity, strength, and divine grace.

Lalitha Tripurasundari Devi

Lalitha Tripurasundari Devi

Lalitha Tripurasundari Devi is the Divine Mother, embodying supreme beauty, compassion, and cosmic power, guiding devotees toward inner peace and spiritual awakening. She is the source of creation, sustenance, and transformation, guiding seekers toward spiritual awakening, inner peace, and liberation.

Karya Siddhi Maha Ganapati

Karya Siddhi Maha Ganapati

Karya Siddhi Maha Ganapati is the powerful form of Lord Ganesha known for granting success in all endeavors. The founder of Svami Temple, Cumming Georgia comes from a traditional Vedic lineage and has dedicated a lifetime to the study, practice, and preservation of Sanatana Dharma. Rooted deeply in the teachings of the Vedas and Agamas, the founder brings decades of experience in performing and guiding a wide range of Hindu rituals, temple ceremonies, and spiritual services.
