These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the
Sanatan Temple Florida website, mobile application, and related services
(collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing the Platform or making a payment,
you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of
these Terms, you should not proceed with a booking or payment.
1. Description of Goods and Services
Sanatan Temple Florida provides religious, spiritual, and
community-related services, including but not limited to: Event registrations
(festivals, cultural programs, religious gatherings) Pooja and ritual bookings
(performed at the temple or designated venues) Sponsorships and donations
associated with specific events or services Entry tickets or participation fees
for temple-organized programs All services offered on the Platform are
intangible services. No physical goods are sold unless explicitly stated. Upon
successful payment: The user receives a digital confirmation via email and/or
on the Platform The booking is recorded against the selected event, occurrence,
or service Access or participation is granted as per the service details shown
at checkout The exact nature, date, time, and venue of the service are clearly
displayed before payment and form part of the contract with the cardholder.
2. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD)
unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via third-party
payment providers such as PayPal and/or card payment gateways. Sanatan Temple
Florida does not store credit/debit card details on its servers. Your card
statement will reflect a charge from SANATAN TEMPLE FLORIDA (or the configured
billing descriptor).
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of religious and event-based services, the
following policy applies: 3.1 User-Initiated Cancellations All bookings are
non-refundable once confirmed, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the
booking page. Cancellations requested by the user after payment will not be
eligible for refunds. 3.2 Event or Service Cancellation by Organizer If an
event, pooja, or service is cancelled by Sanatan Temple Florida or the
organizing authority, users will be eligible for: A full refund, or A credit or
rescheduling option, at the sole discretion of the temple Refunds, if
applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10
business days. 3.3 No-Show Policy Failure to attend an event or service without
prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show and is not eligible for a
refund.
4. Service Delivery Policy (No Shipping)
Sanatan Temple Florida does not ship physical goods. All
services are delivered in one or more of the following ways: Digital booking
confirmation via email Display of booking details within the user’s
account/dashboard In-person participation at the specified temple or event
venue Any instructions related to attendance, timing, or participation are
communicated digitally.
5. User Responsibilities
By using the Platform, you agree to: Provide accurate
contact and personal information Review event/service details before completing
payment Arrive on time for booked services or events Conduct yourself
respectfully at temple premises and events The temple reserves the right to
deny service or entry in cases of misconduct or violation of temple guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sanatan Temple Florida shall not be liable for: Delays or
disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control Personal loss, injury,
or inconvenience during event attendance Technical issues arising from
third-party payment providers Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the
amount paid for the specific service.
8. Changes to These Terms
Sanatan Temple Florida reserves the right to update or
modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon
posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in
accordance with the laws of the United States / State of Florida, without
regard to conflict of law principles.
